Course Objectives:
Following this activity, participants should be able to:
State the prevalence of dyslipidemia
Discuss the Pathophysiology of Dyslipidemia
Describe the ATP Guidelines and the recent modification to these guidelines
Evaluate the effectiveness of various therapeutic regimes in achieving lipid lowering goals in dyslipidemia
Review the economic and social impact of dyslipidemia
Describe the benefits of intervention of pharmacists in the management of dyslipidemia
