Howard Ellis, M.D.
Howard Ellis, M.D. is a board certified OB/GYN. Dr. Ellis is both a successful entrepreneur and a pioneer in the integration of fee-based cosmetic services. Dr. Ellis has been offering his patients cosmetic services since 1998 and has extensive experience in various laser modalities. Dr. Ellis a co-founder of MedCOSMETIC, L.L.C.
James Mirabile, M.D.
James Mirabile, M.D. is a private practitioner and board certified OB/GYN. While still delivering over 60 babies a month, Dr. Mirabile has added cosmetic services to improve his quality of life. Dr. Mirabile presented his original and peer reviewed data, "Evaluation of the practice patterns in Obstetrics/Gynecology treatment centers that own and use aesthetic laser systems", at ACOG’s annual meeting. Along with Dr. Ellis, he cofounded MedCOSMETIC, L.L.C.
Marti Byers, M.D.
Dr. Byers is a family practitioner whose practice is entirely devoted to cosmetic services. She has performed over 20,000 laser treatments for patients of all skin types at MedCOSMETIC™ since 2001. She is a “Platinum Provider” for BOTOX® Cosmetic and has extensive experience with injectable fillers. She is a member of the American Society of Lasers in Medicine and Surgery and the International Society of Cosmetic Laser Surgeons. As an integral part of the MedCOSMETIC™ team, she specializes in enhanced skin rejuvenation and rosacea treatments.
Rachel McElroy
Rachel McElroy has more than 25 years in sales, education, and marketing experience. During the past 12 years Ms. McElroy has worked extensively in the aesthetic medical field including Vice President at Obagi Huma Tech
TM
and her current position at SkinSense
TM
. She has presented marketing and skincare lectures to physicians and staff throughout the U.S. including the Mayo and Lahey Clinics, as well as consulting with numerous skincare lines.

Registration:
Advanced payment is required and must accompany the registration form in order to confirm registration. Prior to May 26, 2007, the registration fee is $195.00. ($95.00 for non-physician – must be accompanied by a registered physician.) Registrations postmarked or received after that deadline will cost $295.00 ($195.00 for non-physician).

Cancellation Policy:
A refund of the registration fee, less a $25 administrative charge, will be given if the cancellation is made in writing, postmarked and/or received on or before May 26, 2007. MedCOSMETIC, LLC reserves the right to cancel the program and return registration fees. The liability of MedCOSMETIC, LLC is limited to the course fee. MedCOSMETIC, LLC will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants including, but not limited to, airline cancellation charges, hotel deposits, etc.
